		<description><![CDATA[Living in South Africa we are all too acutely aware of the challenges facing people in finding affordable living space. The government has been engaging in ambitious low cost housing projects since the onset of democracy in 1994.

Sadly these projects has been used as a convenient means of fattening the wallets of beaurocrats and contractors, with the projects consisting of uninspiring, poorly insulated and insipidly designed boxes.

It would be so nice to have something decent done for a change, and this post has really opened up my eyes and given me new hope.
